ET Buckle V1.0
This module is an Excel® COM Add-in. It has the following
features:
- Up to 15 segments are allowed each with its own
elastic modulus, area moment of inertia, cross
sectional area, and bending fiber distances.
- Boundary conditions include simple supports, fixed
supports, lateral and rotational springs.
- Solution types include Euler and Geometric Non-
linear.
- Output includes the Euler buckling load; deflections;
extreme fiber stresses versus load and position;
and information on slenderness ratio.
- The nonlinear solution deflected shape can be
animated.
